Terms and Conditions

Effective date: October 1, 2026. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using the GutterPath website and quote-request service.

About GutterPath

GutterPath is a Minnesota gutter lead-generation and lead-routing service. We help homeowners submit project details and may connect them with local gutter professionals. GutterPath is not a gutter contractor, does not perform installation or cleaning, and does not itself provide a quote or guarantee a contractor’s work.

Quote requests and lead matching

When the service is live, you may submit a request for information or a quote. We may share the details you provide with matched local gutter professionals so they can decide whether to contact you. A request does not guarantee that anyone will respond, that a quote will be available, or that a contractor will have availability, pricing, or qualifications that meet your needs.

Your responsibilities

• Provide information that is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• Use the site and quote form only for a genuine gutter project or related request.
• Do not impersonate another person, submit someone else’s information without permission, or interfere with the site.
• Evaluate any contractor independently, including licensing, insurance, references, scope, price, and contract terms.

Contractor relationships

Any agreement for gutter work is between you and the contractor you choose. GutterPath does not control contractor availability, methods, pricing, materials, timelines, warranties, or results. You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the contractor’s terms before work begins.

No warranties

The site and lead-matching service are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, GutterPath makes no promise that the site will always be available, error-free, secure, or that a request will result in a contractor contact, quote, or completed project.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GutterPath will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from your interactions with a contractor, including the contractor’s acts, omissions, work, pricing, or availability. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, GutterPath’s total liability relating to the site or service will not exceed the amount you paid GutterPath for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some laws may not allow every limitation, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions when the site or service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Minnesota, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
